Nothing in your use of Quantum Lens creates a solicitor-client relationship between you and Quantum Lens or any of its operators. No such relationship is formed until you have engaged a qualified solicitor directly and they have agreed to represent you.

1.Nature of the service
Quantum Lens is an AI-powered platform that helps individuals understand their rights across UK regulatory domains including employment, immigration, housing, and benefits. The analyses, draft letters, and responses are generated by an AI model and are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
The AI may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information. UK law changes frequently, and statutory rates, thresholds, and procedures are updated regularly. You must verify any information against current official sources before relying on it.
2.Not legal advice and no solicitor-client relationship
All content generated by Quantum Lens is regulatory intelligence, not legal advice. It does not constitute a legal opinion, a assessment of your legal position, or a recommendation to take any particular course of action.
Using Quantum Lens does not create a solicitor-client relationship between you and Quantum Lens, its operators, or any third party. No such relationship exists regardless of the detail or personalisation of any output. For legal advice tailored to your circumstances, instruct a qualified solicitor regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
3.Your responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when using the service.
- You are responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on output from Quantum Lens.

- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
4.Accounts and usage limits
Trial accounts are limited to 5 analyses during the 7-day free trial. Usage is tracked per calendar month. Subscribed accounts (from £19.99/month) receive unlimited analyses. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.
5.Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the documents and situation text you upload. Generated analyses and draft letters are provided for your personal use. The Quantum Lens platform, branding, and software remain the property of Quantum Lens.
6.Limitation of liability
Quantum Lens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Lens shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, any output from the service, including any legal, financial, or immigration consequences of acting on that output.
7.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Quantum Lens after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
